Client Engagement Manager(CEM) | 3-5 Y | Hyderabad | Chennai | Pune | WFO | NP : 60 days.

Client Engagement Manager :

 

*Responsibilities:*

1. * Stakeholder Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.

2. *Project Coordination:* Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they align with government clients' requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

3. *Needs Assessment:* Collaborate with government agencies to conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and tailoring solutions.

4. *Contract Management:* Manage contracts and agreements with government clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.

5. *Communication:* Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and government clients, facilitating clear and effective communication.

6. *Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:* Work closely with internal teams such as sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure coordinated and successful client engagements.

7. *Problem Resolution:* Address any issues or concerns raised by government clients promptly, working to find satisfactory resolutions.

8. *Knowledge of Government Processes:* Stay informed about government policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure alignment in client engagements.

 

*Skills:*

1. *Government Sector Knowledge:* Familiarity with government processes, regulations, and protocols.

2. *Communication:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and conveying information effectively to government clients.

3. *Project Management:* Proficient in project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of services to government clients.

4. *Contract Negotiation:* Ability to negotiate and manage contracts, understanding legal and regulatory aspects in government engagements.

5. *Problem Solving:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in client engagements.

6. *Cross-functional Collaboration:* Ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams to meet client needs.

7. *Adaptability:* Flexibility to adapt to changing government requirements and priorities.

8. *Political Sensitivity:* Awareness of political and regulatory sensitivities when dealing with government clients.

 

*Qualifications:*

1. *Education:* Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field.

2. *Experience:* Several years of experience in client engagement or account management roles, preferably in the government sector.

3. *Government Contracts Knowledge:* Understanding of government procurement processes and contract management.

4. *Interpersonal Skills:* Strong interpersonal skills to navigate relationships within government agencies and collaborate effectively.
