Job Requirement:
- Candidate with Diploma civil and 2+ years’ experience
Job Role:
- Supervision of Civil Maintenance, Interior & project work.
- Ensuring safe work practices in all maintenance and project work.
- Competent in reading and understanding drawings and specifications and maintaining records of the same.
- Knowledge of work measurements, bill verification, reconciliation, bills tracking & records.
- Strong communication and coordination with various stakeholder including HR & Finance for various regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP, Generating/punching of PO/PR/reservation in SAP & SES & SRN.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD.
- Daily MIS of manpower, Work pass processing & gate pass documents verification & approvals & approval for Sunday, shutdown, holidays & safety plan.
- Preparation of Provision, tracking & submission of bills accordingly to the finance department.
- Reconciliation of building GL with Actual expenses monthly basis.
- Preparation of OPCOM data
- IMS documents updating.
- 5s audit, Safety check sheet
