Job description
HCM Techno-functional Consultant
· Total experience is 4+ years and a minimum of 2+ years of HCM implementation experience is required. · Looking for a candidate having experience as an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant in development and implementation in the areas of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application. · Functional or Technical expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR, Absence, Goals & Performance, Compensation, and Learn (Any 1 module). · Technical knowledge in developing HCM BI Reports, Absence & Eligibility Fast Formula · Knowledge in working on HCM Extracts in fusion. (must have, technical knowledge) · Expertise in working on HCM Data load in fusion (HDL)(must to have) · Successfully completed Implementations of Cloud Human Capital Management and several R12 projects (good to have) · Involved in various Implementation, Testing, and Support projects in Cloud Human Capital Management. (basic which is common for all HCM resources) · Good Knowledge of the EBS Payroll module is desirable. · Self-driven and motivated individual with strong communication skills · Work with minimal supervision.Job tags
