Job description

Job Title: Telesales Representative (B2B)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to B2B customers to promote and sell agro products.

2. Demonstrate excellent communication and sales skills to effectively convey the features and benefits of agro products.

3. Utilize strong negotiation skills to discuss pricing discounts and terms with customers.

4. Provide detailed information about various agro products their applications and advantages to potential customers.

5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions inquiries and transactions using the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and competitive offerings.

8. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address specific requirements.

9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and followup.

10. Encourage customers to place orders online and assist them in navigating the online ordering process.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role preferably in a B2B environment.

2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Familiarity with agro products and understanding of their applications is a plus.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Good organizational and timemanagement skills.

7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

8. Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

9. High level of integrity and professionalism.

10. Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
