Job Title Professional, IT Systems Administration Candidate will be responsible for the operational activities of a 12x7x365 enterprise environment within the financial service industry (fin-tech). Duties include, but not limited to, incident management, work-order fulfillment, change management, mitigating customer events, PCI compliance/audit, vulnerability remediation, patch management, DR tests, and/or ad-hoc activities to support business requirements. Manage incidents through to resolution to include: coordinate and test with vendors and customers, internal communication and escalation, and follow-up/documentation of the troubleshooting performed. Participate in PCI remediation activities and audits to receive report of compliance. Perform SSL certificate management and coordination with stakeholders. Ability to communicate with Business unit management and/or their clients disseminating information relevant to the client in a clear and concise manner. Resolve incidents deal with difficult situations, bringing professionalism and tact during stressful circumstances, while representing the team with quality. Participates in Problems reviews, bridge calls and Sigma meetings. Performs RHEL patching activities. Assists with Maintenance Windows as needed. Create and maintain internal processes and procedures. Create & review monthly Reporting including capacity reporting, incident reporting, etc. Education Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field. ITIL v3 Experience Required Scripting Bash, Perl, JavaScript Job Description Skills and Knowledge Required Linux Redhat Enterprise Middleware WebLogic Coherence Redis Web Apache Security SSL Certificates Cloud computing Additional Requirements Working knowledge of Cloud platforms will be added advantage.
