Job description

The Client Servicing and Research role will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing outstanding service, and conducting in-depth research to support strategic decision-making. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase business revenue potentials and minimise churn rates.

Required Skills: Client Servicing: ● Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely and effective communication. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, meetings, and proactive outreach. ● Understand clients' business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, collaborating with internal teams as necessary. ● Anticipate client concerns or issues and proactively address them to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. ● Manage ad hoc research requests by the client. ● Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ● Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. ● Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. ● Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables. ● Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry studies to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. ● Help gather and analyse data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. ● Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards summarising research findings and actionable insights. ● Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to provide timely and relevant information to clients. ● Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client servicing and research activities. ● Solicit feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions. ● Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to client servicing and research.

Soft Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred. ● Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or research roles ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data from multiple sources. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner. ● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve conflicts, and address client needs effectively. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools and research methodologies. ● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively. ● Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
