Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, and fit-outs
Compensation - CTC: 40,000 INR per month
Job Description We are actively seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee our new property in Mahalaxmi. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, and fit-outs. If you have a background in the hospitality industry and are a local candidate familiar with the Mahalaxmi area, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities - Project Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of property-related projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors for property services.
- Fit-Outs:
- Coordinate and manage fit-out projects as required.
- Ensure the property meets design and quality standards.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets related to projects and property maintenance.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Local Expertise:
- Leverage your knowledge of the Mahalaxmi area to make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and community members.
- Hospitality Industry Experience:
- Utilize your background in the hospitality industry to enhance property management.
- Implement best practices from the hospitality sector in project and vendor management.
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, and fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of property-related processes and operations.
- Background in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven track record in managing projects and vendor relationships effectively.
