Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Engineer you will be responsible for executing the production plan as per schedule. Your key responsibilities will include managing manpower utilization minimizing breakdowns and ensuring adequate training for labor and operators. You should have basic knowledge of machine functions like extrude plastics (HDPE & PP) washing and recycling. Communication with the reliever on shift activities reporting breakdowns and implementing 1S & 2S practices will also be part of your role.

Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in extruder/extrusion
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Production planning and execution
Manpower management
Knowledge of machine functions
Communication and reporting
Problemsolving
