As a Senior Data Scientist & MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to extract valuable insights from complex data sets. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop innovative data-driven solutions.Exposure to : JINA AI | Kube Flow | Apache Hive | Apache Kafka | Kubernetes |Responsibilities :- Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development and deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to understand project requirements and define data science strategies.- Design and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive models to analyze large and complex data sets.- Apply advanced data mining and visualization techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from structured and unstructured data sources.- Develop and deploy scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques based on project goals and data characteristics.- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and generalizability.- Design the data pipelines.- Take offline models data scientists build and turn them into a real machine learning production system- Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, etc.- Support model development, with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security- Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical insights to non- technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, offering support and fostering their professional growth.Qualifications :- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.- Proven experience as a data scientist or in a similar role, working on end-to-end data science projects.- Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, and natural language processing.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience working with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and query optimization.- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing frameworks.- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, D3.js or Power BI) and data visualization best practices.- Solid understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and model evaluation techniques.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills (not required but considered a plus) :- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Familiarity with deep learning algorithms and frameworks.- Experience in the industry domain related to the company's focus (e.g. manufacturing, Automobile, Healthcare, Finance, e-Commerce).At Parallel Minds, we are committed to maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce.We offer a comprehensive benefits package, ample opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
