Job description
1.Identifying and selecting suppliers and execution service partners. 2. Arranging quotes as per RFP requirements 3. Keep tracking of current market scenarios 4. Negotiating contracts and managing supplier and service partner relationship
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
1. Identification of Service Execution Partners
2. Define Scope of Work for Execution Partner as per RFP
3. Arrange Technical and Non Technical Documents required for participation in the RFP.
4.Negotiation with Suppliers and Execution Service Partners.
1. Detailed discussion with cross functional teams for understanding of scope and RFP requirements
2. Analyzing and keeping updated with Market scenarios
1. Supply Chain material forecasting for Project execution
2. Stores Regular reconciliation of the material issued and consumed at site by service partners
