Role Description
- This Full-time role of a Client Relationship Manager- IT at Vensysco located in Noida requires on-site work and provides an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team. The role involves overseeing customer relationships, supervising the development of self-service channels for customers, and communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations. The candidate will also maintain a deep understanding of the technology solutions offered by Vensysco , identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions. Working with IT to manage CRM systems and data warehousing. Prepare the presentation and present the presentation in meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in IT customer relationship management, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in software development, database management, and project management preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients and technical teams, and multitask while meeting deadlines
- B-Tech Or M-Tech Candidate.
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Salary:- 40,000 to 45,000 Per Months.
