Mission of the Role: As the Partnerships Manager for our Automotive App Store, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, testing, and leveraging partnerships with third-party app developers.
Key objectives of this Role:
Strategic Alliances and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with app developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive app store usage and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner apps into the app store platform.
Contract Management and Negotiation:
- Oversee the development and management of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and successful implementation.
Market Analysis and Metrics Reporting:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential partners, staying informed about the competitive landscape.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to app stores and automotive applications.
Drive Growth:
- Conduct thorough testing of partner apps to ensure compatibility, performance, and quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of New Partnerships
- Revenue Growth from Partnerships
- Partnership Conversion Rate
- Retention Rate of Partnerships

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- +10 years of proven experience in partnerships or business development roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of the app store ecosystem, including app acquisition, testing, and distribution processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts related to app development, integration, and quality assurance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a must.
- Knowledge of Android Automotive OS and Car API and experience with Jira and Confluence is an added advantage.
