About the role

Role Title: Marketing Apprenticeship (Inside Sales)

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales & Research Apprentice to join our team for a six-month apprenticeship. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both sales and research within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitor analysis.

● Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.

● Assist in developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients.

● Support the sales team in creating and delivering engaging sales pitches and presentations.

● Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.

● Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and analyze data for sales strategies.

● Aid in the development and execution of outreach campaigns.

● Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client information.

Education & Experience:

● Graduation is a must.

● A passion for sales, research, and a desire to build a career in these fields.

● Proficiency in office applications (MS or Google suite; very familiar with prospecting via LinkedIn & using its addons)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

● Basic knowledge of sales techniques or willingness to learn.

● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

● High on the learnability quotient.
