Jr. Stores Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years Experience; preferably from Aerospace & Defence industry

Education: B. Com

Competencies :

• Sound knowledge & experience in AS9100 / ISO9001/ ISO14001
• Checking and unloading. Deliver safely in the correct areas.
• Responsible to ensure and maintain the Identification and the Traceability of stored Goods.
• Responsible to maintain accurate inventory.
• Responsible for on-time supply of goods to his customers following FIFO/ LIFO and Completing day-to-day activities on Time.
• The material was issued to an internal customer and updated the same in the IFS system.
• Monitoring of receipt import documents and issue documents and keeping records for audit and finance Purpose.
• Trains the operators to use available resources effectively.
• Maintain '5' S daily in stores area.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job title, as may be determined by the department head.
• Knowledge about the Shelf life of the Product
• Knowledge about GST
• Reconciliation of Subcontracting Material
• Creation of Air waybill and E-way bill.
• Knowledge about the Export and Import Documentation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  Tools:  Expertise in Microsoft MS Office tools, and ERP Systems.

• Manpower Management.
• Efficiently usages of available Resources.
• Due to Material Shortages Zero Line Stoppage.
• Export Shipment Management
• Documents Management.
• Maintain the System VS Physical Stock Accuracy.
