Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering a culture of appreciation, teamwork, and open communication.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness initiatives to promote employee morale and work-life balance.
2. Internal Communication:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information to employees.
- Manage various communication channels such as emails, intranets, newsletters, and bulletin boards to keep employees informed about company news, policies, events, and initiatives.

3. Surveys and Feedback:
- Plan, develop, and conduct employee surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive change.

4. Employee Recognition:

Qualifications:
- Master degree in Human Resources or relevant field (PHRi / SPHRi preffred).
- Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Experience in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results.
- Creative thinking ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives.
