Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance activities within the plant.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

• BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in plant maintenance with a minimum of 10 to 15 years.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
