Job description
We are looking for an Academic Content Developer to join our team and create academic content in the format of presentations for our courses. Academic Content Developer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industryrelated topics generating ideas for new content types and creating and proofreading content before delivery along with creating content for multiple platforms including website email and WhatsApp under the guidance of the reporting manager. Ultimately you ll deliver quality presentations that help in training our students in important digital marketing concepts. If you re familiar with producing educational content and have an eye for detail we d like to meet you. Share samples of your work or portfolio of your published works along with your application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research over the internet (combining online sources interviews and studies) and develop academic contents accordingly.
- Work closely with inhouse & external subject matter experts to ensure accuracy & relevance.
- Be involved in curriculum development and educational material development activities.
- Be innovative and creative in the use of language graphics animations interactions audio video and any other elements used in the presentations.
- Ensure that the content is uptodate by researching the latest trends and best practices across digital platforms.
- Innovate and improve on presentation building skills to enhance the learning experience.
- Create MCQs assignments & other test material to be used as posttest material basis the module created.
- Proofread and edit before training sessions.
- Submit work to the manager for input and approval.
- Coordinate with various departments as and when required to ensure allround consistency.
Requirements
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Familiarity with marketing web publications
- Attention to detail ability to multitask & meet deadlines

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
