Profile-: Admission Counsellor (BDA)
Qualifications-: Graduate
Location-: WFH
Experience-: Minimum 1 Year
Salary-: 3.5LPA
Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls. Scheduling meetings with counselors (Virtual or Personal). Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement. Converting inquiries into admissions
What you'll do-:
Generate leads through calling and referrals.
Set up meetings with potential clients. Gather feedback from prospects and share it with internal teams. Interact in a positive manner with staff, students, and parents

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Information: Offer detailed information about the educational institution's programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines to prospective students and their families.
Advising Prospective Students: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational and career goals, and provide personalized guidance on selecting suitable programs.
Application Assistance: Assist applicants in completing and submitting their admission applications, ensuring all required documents and information are accurately provided.
Admission Requirements: Review and assess applications to ensure they meet the institution's admission criteria, and request any additional documents if necessary.
Interviews and Evaluations: Conduct interviews or assessments as part of the admission process to gauge applicants' suitability for the institution.
Financial Aid Information: Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities to prospective students, and assist with the application process.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with applicants, keeping them informed of their admission status, any additional requirements, and important deadlines.
Recruitment Events: Represent the institution at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events to attract potential applicants.
Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with applicants.
Reporting: Generate reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and other relevant data for management and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, counseling, or a related discipline. A master's degree can be advantageous.
Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathetic and patient with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
Knowledge of the institution's programs, admission requirements, and the higher education industry.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with financial aid and scholarship opportunities in the education sector.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Enthusiasm for promoting education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate prospective students' schedules.
