Job description
The Incumbent would have following responsibilities: Will be responsible to lead a cohesive team. Will be responsible for achievement of budgets. Will be responsible to ensure penetration among allocated brokers and achieve widespread distribution for GHI, GPA and WC products. Will be responsible for the profitability.
The incumbent is expected to have 8+ years of experience in managing distribution of insurance products At least 3 to 4 years in sourcing commercial business with significant experience in employee benefits - State Head/ Branch head Commercial lines SAHI companies managing commercial business or State Head/Branch Head in a GI company at handling commercial lines of business.Job tags
