Job Description:
As a Senior AI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI technologies into our platform. You will work closely with the product development, operations, and customer service teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance our efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation across the platform. · Design and develop AI models and algorithms to improve service matchmaking, automate customer support, optimize logistics, and personalize user experiences. · Implement and maintain AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and effective. · Monitor AI system performance, analyze feedback, and iterate on solutions to enhance their impact. · Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices, and assess their applicability to our platform. · Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to increase AI literacy and adoption within the company. Qualifications: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. · Proven experience in AI implementation, model development, and machine learning algorithms. · Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. · Excellent understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles. · Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and AI/ML deployment strategies. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: · Experience in the on-demand services industry or similar fast-paced tech environments. · Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and its application in automating customer interactions. · Experience in implementing AI solutions in a Microservices architecture.
