The brand made its mark with India's First Eco-friendly water-based wipes and later launched the Plant Powered baby care range. In this short duration, we have been awarded many prestigious awards and are known among the top baby care start-ups in India.

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and contribute to our digital presence.

Job Location: Sector 17A, Chandigarh

Salary: Negotiable.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of social media management

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

· Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives.

· Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and image.

Content Creation:

· Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.

· Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and informative content.

 

Community Management:

· Foster a sense of community among followers and engage with them proactively.

· Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

 

Campaign Management:

· Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, product launches, and promotions.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

 

Influencer Collaboration:

· Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.

· Manage relationships with influencers and ensure the alignment of their content with the brand image.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

· Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.

· Prepare regular reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.

• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

• Good understanding of social media KPIs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications .

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
