Job Overview
Junior Technical Support role in a fast-growing software solutions company, CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding software solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering prompt and effective solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Guide customers through the installation, setup, and configuration processes of the software.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Document and maintain customer support records, including issues and resolutions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and participate in training programs to enhance skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
