Preferred Qualification – Chartered Accountant Position – Sr. Associate Location - Chennai
Experience – 2-3 Years (Post qualification) Corporate exposure in managing statutory compliances, audit and litigation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to audit financial, operational, and technical processes and controls. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Financial ERP systems like Zoho, Workday etc. Industry – IT Industry work under India Finance Operation Compliance and Litigation · Managing Compliance under the various law such as - Income Tax - Goods & Service Tax - Special Economic Zone - STPI - FEMA - Companies Act - RBI - EPF - ESIC - And as applicable in future. - Hands on Experience on TDS, GST Returns Filing · Preparation of financial as per Companies Act · Assist in collating the documents/details and co ordinating with the external consultants for submission o · Representation against tax/regulatory authorities, · Managing tax litigation and scrutiny · Managing Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer pricing Audit · Responsible for Overall Compliance for Indian Company Insurance and Risk management · Managing applicable Insurance Policies & Claims, evaluate risk management on assets. ERP implementation · Responsible for implementing Global ERP in India (Workday) Internal controls and management reporting · Evaluate business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Payroll, Stock Compensation, Financial Close, Financial Reporting, etc. to determine adequacy of controls, compliance with policies and procedures, and comparison to leading practices. · Performs testing of financial transactions, processes, or controls (ICFR) · Identify deficiencies in the control design and operating effectiveness of Financial controls (ICFR) · Preparation of MIS reportsJob tags
