Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the company's services, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports.

• Source potential leads & manage them.
• Get appointment for sales meeting & site visit.
• Convert clients and Successfully create business from new and existing customers .
• Build rapport and establish good professional relationship with clients from start to end.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 – 3 years' experience in sales for services business.
• Understand building design and construction practices in India.
• Sales Experience in construction or architecture or civil related industry is required.
• B.Tech. Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hand on experience with MS Word & Excel.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within India if required
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
