Job description
Independently manage shift activities and coordinate with other departments.
Utilize SAP PP and MM modules effectively.
Experience in packing department operations, manpower management, scheduling, auditing stocks, and proficiency in Excel required.
Address and resolve breakdowns during shifts, ensuring proper record-keeping and communication.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards during packing operations.
Develop and implement strategies for efficiency improvement in the packing department.
Train and supervise packing staff to meet production targets.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
