Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to kickstart their career in HR. As an entry-level recruiter, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and assisting in attracting and selecting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assist with candidate assessments.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and arranging logistics.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in HR Processes: Support various HR processes, such as onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
