Job description
Role Overview:As a Technical Content Writer at AI Certs™, you will be responsible for creating informative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Your writing will play a crucial role in conveying the value of our AI and Blockchain certification programs and driving engagement.
Technical Exp. - Comfortable working with dev team with asking questions and highlighting inconsistencies in the product amp; writing online help for a software product
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, PPT amp; Excel
- Able to create one voice documentation.
- Technical terminologies along with UI writing experience to make it into persona appropriate language
- Have used style guides amp; ensure consistency across docs ( also need to be able to check product consistency across dashboards).
- Able to work with multiple projects at one time and in an agile environment.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Technical background or experience in engineering is a plus
