Well versed with institutions like DVC, State Electricity Board, RDSO, Railway Board, Pollution Control Board, Land Related Documentation, Factory License, Fire License, Labour & Land Laws, e-Tendering and Liaisoning with State and Central Government Offices and PSUs, Practicing Advocates, Courts etc.
hands-on experience of drafting and vetting the documents.
Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
Skills required:
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
Knowledge about e-tendering and tender related activities.
