Job Description
• Play an active role in leading the discussion with MNC - OEM clients.
• Engage business and process owners and lead the collaborative planning effort to leverage emerging technologies for addressing strategic business goals.
• Work with delivery and practice teams, account teams and clients to deliver engineering excellence.
• Promote teamwork and leadership behaviours within own group, other peer groups and across the wider organisation
• Create a collaborative partnership among executive leaders and portfolio stakeholders
• In-depth experience of leading and inspiring large teams, with demonstrated ability to work across a matrix.
• Experienced in quality practices, techniques and tools at all layers of the software stack.
• Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.
• The ability to lead without direct authority or remit at all levels across the organisation.
• Act as coach and mentor to drive the ongoing focus on engineering capability
