Role DescriptionThe Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Client Services Manager will be required to work closely with the debt management team and provide support to clients on a day-to-day basis. The manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer queries and complaints. The manager will also be required to analyze and report on client accounts and provide recommendations for improvement to the debt management team.
