As an Ambassador, you'll be the frontline of our prepaid sim delivery and activation service. You'll be responsible for:
Reaching customers directly: Visiting individuals and businesses to deliver and activate our prepaid SIM cards.
Providing seamless service: Guiding customers through the activation process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Building trust and loyalty: Creating strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted representative of our brand.
Problem-solving with a smile: Addressing any concerns or issues customers may have with patience and professionalism.
Gathering valuable feedback: Sharing customer insights with the team to help us improve our service.
