Job description

Position: Assistant Manager - SCM Planning

Location: Bangalore, India

Report to: Lead - SCM Planning

Job Responsibilities:

You would be required to do inventory distribution planning for one or more categories basis the requirement of different channels. Planning would involve analysing historical data, preparing inputs, reviewing of outputs, creation of dashboards, discussion with Category and Sales teams. Excel knowledge and Power BI dashboarding experience is must have.

Job Duties: Job duties will include below mentioned but may not be limited to same.

.Interact with factory stakeholders for production plan

.Interact with category teams for sales channel wise allocation

.Create distribution plan at warehouse level, channel level and SKU level

.Align the plan with all stakeholders

.Track plan vs actual supply plan

.Modify the plan basis any changes in production or allocation

.Ensure monthly sales target are met by working closely with sales team and category teams

.Do system uploads, create reports, publish reports to stakeholders

.Conduct meetings with stakeholders, resolve queries and ensure end objective is met

.Data analysis and dashboard creation on Power BI

Desired Candidate Profile:

.Past experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning or Distribution Planning

.Stakeholder management

.Minimum 4 year of experience

.Strong analytical and problem-solving approach

.Good in Excel, SQL and Power BI

Qualification - Any Degree

Experience - 4+ years

Skills - MS Excel, SQL, Power BI

Good to Have - Python

Full time or Part time - Full Time
