Job description
BE Mechanical preferably with Specialization in the field of HVAC with excellent communication skills and having experience in and responsible for :
o Strategizing and preparing financial business planning for the operations and maintenance for the HVAC for entire entity
o Operation & maintenance of entire HVAC Infrastructure
o Covering High Side and Low Side of HVAC
o Preparing SOP's for O&M of HVAC
o Preparing strategies for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Condition based maintenance (CBM)
o Ensuring vendor management, compliance and certification
o Ensuring quality, safety and sustainability standards
o Ensuring zero down time or snag free while ensuring the systems performance and uptime.
Profiles with experience in Utility Operation Maintenance of any Large Project related to big infrastructure , Transportation or airport projects with 8 years minimum in HVAC systems, to get in touch at 9873086985 besides forwarding there resumes
