Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Surajpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality control process and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement, implementing necessary changes, and keeping all quality control documentation up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the Plastic Injection molding Manufacturing Services industry
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is a plus
- Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
