Job description
Network L1/ SD Technical Support Engineer
. Should have L1 support experience for Networkl domain.
. Should have experience in basic AD-User ID management.
. Work as L1 engineer of Service Desk Support team (Infrastructure & Application support)
. Must be flexible for 24.7 rotational shifts.
. Experience on Monitoring and ticketing tool
. Good to have L1 Exp with Network.
. Good knowledge on ITIL process or should be willing to learn and acquire.
. Flexible to stretch the shifts ( in case of need)
