DESCRIPTION
GSF L&D team focuses on building better onboarding learning experience to Associate, impart continuous knowledge & skills for achieving their productivity rates. We also focus on capacity and capability building for L3+ Leaders through WWOPS & GSF specific learning interventions. This role will be best suited for a content developer with 6+years of experience, has adept skills to create L3 level interactive. Candidate who is a self starter, aspirational and raises the bar in Customer obsession and Think Big
Key job responsibilities
1. Analyze the learning styles of Associates, Pickers, TLs, and SSAs to design simple, understandable, and effective L3 interactive content solutions that engage them.
2. Possess hands-on experience with e-authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, Adobe After Effects, etc.)
3. Regularly visit the Fulfilment Centre to identify learning assets and gather content materials (photos, videos, etc.) for all content development needs.
4. Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content, adhering to the storyboard. Write scripts for video and audio content, and work on transliteration and voiceovers in regional languages.
5. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process, incorporating business-specific illustrations and examples.
6. Generate supporting materials/media, including audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.
7. Create facilitator's manuals, participant handouts, and other learning tools for Virtual/In-person ILT sessions.
8. Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
9. Update or add new OPLs based on process updates.
10. Track learning transference and design nuggets to be assigned to Associates in various formats, such as animated conversations, flashcards, e-posters. Assign these on the LMS platform at predetermined intervals to support learning retention and application.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1) Bachelor's degree (Preferrably in Graphic Design or related field )
2) 6 years of experience in graphic design
3) Proficient in e-authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
4) Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Content developer with over 6 years of experience, specializing in designing Level 3 interactive content for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. Possesses a rich background in creating content for diverse industries, including E-commerce, Fulfilment center, Retail, and Supply Chain Management. Proficient in utilizing content designing tools such as Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Designing, Powtoon, Animator, Canva, and Whiteboard video creation. Additionally, skilled in SCORM file creation for seamless integration and delivery of content.
