Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client's business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages multiple clients engaged with dentsu, primarily from a performance media perspective.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and service lines across dentsu to meet client needs
• Identifies areas for growing dentsu footprint within client organisation and actively participates in pitching new business to existing clients
• Monitors data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate
• Oversees team delivery to ensure they stay on time / budget
• Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service
• Undertakes general client liaison and administration
• Supports finance team with billing and collection of dues from client.
• Research new market trends to incorporate into account planning.
