Job Profile:
- Assisting the director in day to day office work.
- Managing the data properly.
- Preparing reports as per the requirement.
- Maintain a calendar of official appointments.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain hard copy official documents.
- Maintain and update files.
- Answer Directors phone in his absence and handle in appropriate manner.
- Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and emails.
- Travel & Tour Arrangements including visa arrangement, ticket booking, hotel booking.
- Going to bank.
- handling Petty cash.
- Handling office administration responsibility in absance of the director.
Candidates Profile:
- Good English Communication skill.
- Good Drafting skill.
- Good Knowledge in Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Good data management skill.
- Smart and Presentable.
