We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Artist and Illustrator to join our creative team at DarioHealth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life through motion graphics and illustrations. This role will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling visuals to support our digital health products, animation, educational materials, and more.

• Motion Graphics Creation: Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, animation, and video content.
• Illustration Development: Produce high-quality illustrations that effectively communicate complex concepts, product features, and health-related information in a visually appealing manner.
• Storyboarding and Visualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop storyboards, sketches, and visual concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Asset Creation: Design custom graphics, icons, and animations to enhance user experience and engagement across digital platforms.
• Iterative Design Process: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and design best practices to ensure visual assets meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all creative assets to reinforce the DarioHealth brand identity and enhance brand recognition.
• Stay Current with Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics, illustration, and design to continuously improve skills and drive innovation.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Illustration, or related field.
• Proven experience creating motion graphics, animations, and illustrations for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics, illustrations, and design projects.
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry (preferred but not required).
