Job description
Job Description • Responsible for bottom wear outfitting of customers as per the customer’s requirements • Taking bottom wear measurements of the customers • Develop and provide consultancy to customers for sales. • End to end order execution (measurement, assisting customers/consulting customers, closing the sale and collecting cash through POS/company UPI account/cash) • Maximizing sales through excellent customer service. • Maintaining stock and keeping the team informed about stock movement • Coordination and follow up with the internal production spoc, customer service team and logistics team to ensure the right instructions are given to the factory and pants reach in time to the customers Requirements • 3-5 years of retail experience in a front-end customer facing sales person role (experience in apparel/fashion background would be a big plus) • Knowledge of measuring customers would be a big plus • Patient nature and hospitable behaviour is a non-negotiable • Understanding customer behaviour and navigating the conversation accordingly to drive sales • Basics of Excel and data entry which helps other internal teams analyse data What can you expect from this opportunity: • Opportunity to work in a young, fast paced organization and closely with the leadership team of the Company • Market comparable compensation and a fun, friendly work environment
