Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Shakuntal Interior. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and coordinating sales activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Thane, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
  • Proven track record of coordinating sales activities and supporting sales teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the building materials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in all administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and pricing
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer visits
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
