KRA for KAM-
1.Responsibile for Open Mandate Vs POA to be shared every month with circle team.
2.Responsible for Monthly target to be achieved.
3.Hiring Hygiene to be maintained at Circle Level (E.g Offer Letter role out on time, BGV Clearance, RFF approvals, Digitalization check.)
4.Managing Escalation at Circle Level.
5.Manpower/Team Handling at region/circle level.
6.Making Strategies at circle level to minimize escalations and any process lag.
7.Team Engagement
8.Budget Vs Expenses
9.Managing reports & data at Circle Level.
10.Handling Major Manpower escalation.
11.Collaboration with HRBP & Operations for collective problem solving.
