Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Hiring Advisor to join our team in Mumbai. As a Hiring Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles at MOFSL. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on financial services or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance guidelines
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
