Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Agile projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives. Organize, attend, and document meeting minutes for various project and team meetings. Coordinate and track action items for follow-up. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Proactive in maintaining and improving document templates, formatting and proofreading documents, organization of documents, sharing and archiving of documents. Responsibility for projects appropriate to experience level, with progressing complexity. One of the development goals of the position is to gain project management experience and work towards increasing levels of project responsibility. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through meticulous monitoring and adherence to best practices. Desired Skills/Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles within the IT industry. Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Experience working with an agile software development team. Experience in Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage. Knowledge and experience with any software development tools and agile software development methodology Experience in project management within start up environments, particularly in software development.Job tags
