We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Formulation R&D -Injectables at Crenza Pharmaceuticals Private Limited located in Hyderabad. The Formulation R&D -Injectables will be responsible for developing, testing, and commercializing injectable drug products with a focus on sterile dosage forms. The Formulation R&D -Injectables will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will ensure timely completion of projects within budget and such other parameters as may be prescribed from time to time. Qualifications Posr graduation in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with extensive post-doctoral experience in developing and characterizing sterile injectable drug products. Experience in formulation development, pre-formulation, drug delivery, and drug product characterization under cGxP environment is required. Experience with aseptic processing of sterile injectable drug products is required including the use of isolators and other advanced technologies. Technical knowledge of regulatory requirements related to sterile drug product development and is able to compile the necessary technical data to support regulatory filings and responses to potential regulatory queries is also required. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and prior experience in external vendor management is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and present technical information to a broad audience including R&D, CMC, and regulatory groups. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply scientific and regulatory knowledge to solve complex challenges in the field of formulation development and regulatory compliance.
