Job description
- Managing team of Associate/Sr. Associate – Customer Experience (Voice).
- Understand daily Margin Reporting system to exchange and its calculation.
- Should have fair knowledge of other securities processes like Pay-in, Payout, Auctions, Holding, Margin pledge etc.
- Should have complete knowledge of corporate actions processing and its impact of daily process.
- Should be good at in Excel and aptitude to learn & improve the processes.
- Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries /grievances through assigned team
- Developing, coaching, & motivating team to resolve customer queries & deliver assigned targets
- Tracking daily performance of assigned team and share feedbacks to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to system processes/policies.
