Job Title: Executive Assistant
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including calendar management, expense management, travel arrangements, and communication coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient document management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, facilitating communication and coordination as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience with calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
