JDA Space Planner

Location - Chennai

JOB ROLE: Creating Best in Class Planograms by following process SOPs of different categories like Convenience, Health & Wellness, Beauty & Personal Care and Promotions. Providing additional insights/suggestions on Planograms in case if any. Share knowledge on departments to new joiners in the team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: 2 to 10 years of in-depth Retail Experience. Excellent knowledge on building planograms for various categories.

· Good knowledge on JDA Planogram Generator and Space Planning.

· Should be able to build & deliver planograms across departments

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

· Responsible for the generation, validation and timely publication of customer centric planograms for resets and revisions that support recommended assortments.

· Completes events on time and with a high degree of accuracy, including target and action list creation, PA validations and post-event documentation.

· Utilizes playbook to write action lists and generate accurate, high-quality planograms that reflect category strategy and adhere to regularity guidelines and merchandising standards.

· Partners with Category Alignment team to capture strategic intent and direction of planograms using analytical and planogram generator tools

· Partners with Planogram Development team to coordinate total build and maximize communication effectiveness between automated and manual build teams

· Demonstrates strong communication skills to facilitate understanding of planogram generator needs and topics and coordinate efforts between teams

· Utilizes advanced analytics to recommend customer-centric planogram improvements that enhance overall consistency and effectiveness of the Planogram Generator tool

· Exhibits people leadership among Space Analysts by acting as a peer resource, influencing engagement, leading training efforts and championing mentoring relationships

· Displays expertise with Space Planning and Planogram Generator tools and is highly knowledgeable of customer internal systems and processes

· Demonstrates thought leadership in evolving tools, concepts and business needs, and actively participating in process improvement efforts (ex: UAT, Think Space, etc)
