JD is as under:



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Credit & Collection Manager to join our financial team. The C&C Manager will be responsible for evaluating and managing the creditworthiness of distributors and schools current and while on boarding. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in minimizing credit risk optimizing credit terms and ensuring timely collections.


Key Responsibilities:


Credit Assessment:


Evaluate creditworthiness of distributors and schools current and while on boarding by analyzing financial statements credit reports and other relevant information.

Assess the risk associated with extending credit and recommend appropriate credit limits of distributor & Schools.

Credit Policy Development:

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Regularly review and update credit policies to adapt to changing economic conditions and business requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective communication and resolution of creditrelated issues.

Work closely with Accounts sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding credit terms.

Credit Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify early signs of credit issues.

Implement and manage credit monitoring systems to track customer payment behaviors and credit risk trends.

Risk Mitigation:

Develop strategies to mitigate credit risk including collateral requirements guarantees and other riskmitigation tools.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential creditrelated legal issues.

Credit Reporting:


Ensure accurate and timely reporting of creditrelated information to Finance & Sales Head.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on the overall credit portfolio and key performance indicators.

Collections Management:

Oversee the collections process working with internal teams and external collection agencies as necessary.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency and improve collections efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of credit analysts providing guidance training and performance feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the credit department.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in credit management preferably in a financial institution or a corporate credit environment.

Strong understanding of financial analysis credit risk assessment and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using credit analysis tools and software.

Leadership and team management experience.

The Credit Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy credit portfolio and ensuring the financial stability of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound credit decisions in a dynamic business environment.


Requirements and skills Proven experience as production director Deep knowledge of production management Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Experience in reporting on key production metrics Proficient in MS Office and ERP software Outstanding communication ability Excellent organizational and leadership skills Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
