Job description
The ideal candidate for this position will provide construction management on site and lead a team under him to ensure that the project is completed within the given time frame considering all the safety standards on the client. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his team, handle any site issues regarding the project, prepare and track the project schedule on MS project and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. The candidate must also have good communication skills and must be fluent in English.
Responsibilities Oversee construction of the project from construction to completion. Coordination with various vendors working on the project. Ensuring quality check and assurance as per client requirements. Allocating tasks and leading a team under him. Preparing a detailed (level 3 at least) project schedule on MS project and tracking it. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
